Austin à la mode

I haven't blogged about my internship with Austin-based designer Linda Asaf in a while, so I thought I would post some pictures from around her studio and a couple of my favorite designs of hers.

Linda's most recent project was a fashion show for the launch party of Wilhelmina-Brown, the newest branch of the Wilhelmina modeling agency here in Austin. The party was held pool-side on the roof of the Ashton downtown. I didn't think to bring my camera with me, but follow this link to see shots from the party. There's even a photo of my fellow interns on the slideshow :D

Linda designed her line for this show in just two weeks. Congratulations to her and Wilhelmina-Brown for, as Project Runway's Tim Gunn would say, making it work!
